Meet The Staff

Lisa

Administrative Chiropractic Assistant

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I moved to Rincon, Georgia in 2000 with my husband and two children. Through the years our family has expanded, we now have three beautiful grandsons that we enjoy spending time with. Our family enjoys many activities, traveling and camping but most of all we are very dedicated to putting God and church first. We are currently active members of a local Baptist Church, where we love to serve. We are passionate about our faith in Christ and sharing it with others.

I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years doing the front desk, insurance, and medical coding. I truly enjoy being a chiropractic assistant at Hamby Chiropractic and Wellness, Ltd. It is a blessing to work in a Christian environment, where patient care is our number one priority.

I enjoy working with and getting to know our patients.

At Hamby Chiropractic and Wellness we want our patients to feel like family.

Jaime

Administrative Chiropractic Assistant

I was raised in Effingham county where I attended school from early elementary to high school at ECHS, graduating in 1998. I now call Springfield my home, along with my husband, Harold, and our four children. Our family enjoys various activities, participating in many different sports, spending time with friends and family, as well as attending and serving in our church. In my spare time, I enjoy furniture refinishing, decorating, crafting, and gardening.

My background consists of accounting, bookkeeping, and office management in varying fields. I was a patient at Hamby Chiropractic & Wellness, Ltd. prior to my employment. I can truly say that our team cares about you and will treat you and your family like one of our own! I am blessed each day to be surrounded by a team of coworkers and management that value a well-balanced life, grounded in Christian values. When you love what you do, it shows!

Leslie

Certified Chiropractic Assistant

Certified Personal Trainer

Originally from Savannah, I moved to Rincon, Georgia in 2005. I became a certified personal trainer in 2009, in order to pursue my passion for fitness and to help change people’s lives for the better. I am inspired by those who commit to lifestyle changes, not only to promote overall health but to accomplish goals they never thought they could achieve. Other interests I enjoy are going to the beach, kayaking, horseback riding, and listening to live music.

I started getting adjusted in 2010 when I became a part of the Hamby Chiropractic team. Before chiropractic, I had suffered from severe migraines most my adult life. Thanks to the adjustments for helping me maintain a subluxation-free lifestyle, I have gone from 2-3 migraines a week to occasionally 1 a month. I am truly grateful to be able to work for a practice that promotes health and wellness in all aspects of life. My goal is to inform our patients that the greatest medicine of all is teaching them how NOT to need it!

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
